This wine is made from 100% Macabeo grapes, harvested at night, during the first week of September. For this wine only the first pressing most was used, final phase of fermentation the wine was left on ist fine lees for five weeks, daily “batonages” being made.
Pala yellow colour. Fresh and flowery with notes of exotic fruits mixed with the aromas of the new oak. Fullness palate , oily and long finish.Download PDF
