This wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes, harvested during the third week of September when they had reached full ripeness. After vatting, the grapes were left for two days under low temperatura control. Fermentation process was conducted at a controlled temperatura of 22°C. The total maceration time was 7 days.
Ruby red colour with purple overtones. Aromas of blue flowers, violeta and lilies with touches of black fruit and spicy nuances. On the palate it is smooth with a pleasing sensation turning to sweetness at the finish.Download PDF
