Vinification: This wine is made from 100% Merlot grapes from “Campo Aba jo”, harvested during the second week of September. After vatting the grapes were left for two days at a low temperature and later fermentation was conducted a temperature of 23°C. The total maceration time was 6 days.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour of high intensity. On the nose is very fruity, complex with notes of red fruits and a deep of toasted notes. On the palate a pleasant tannins give us a sensation of full body besides of smoothness.FICHA PDF
