Elaboration:
Made with Monastrell variety.
After a fermentation that meets all the requirements of the grape, the wine is kept in oak barrels for four months. The wood will blend the aromas of the variety with spicy hints, yielding an exceptional quality wine.

Tasting Notes:

In nose, memories of dried figs, chocolate, mocha and aromas contributed by the aromatic herbs, which naturally grow in the sunny hills that surround our organic
vineyards.
On the palate, this wine highlights its mature tannins, followed by an aromatic and long finish.
