Type of crop:    The grapes come from vineyards grown in mechanized system
Harvest:    It is done at night with grape harvesting machine.
Elaboration:    After a light pressing, the fermentation process is done at low temperature and aging on the lees.
Tasting Notes:    Intense on the nose with hints of white flowers and citrus notes. The palate is fresh and intense, an aromatic white wine that easily stood up the challenge of maturation in French barriques.
