Vinificaton: This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested during the first week of October. After vatting, the grapes were left for three days at a low temperatura, and fermentation was conducted at a temperatura that never exceeded 22ºc. The first part of the fermentation was done with maceration for 8 days, and finished with a liquid-phase fermentation at a low temperatura.
Tasting Notes: Deep black cherry colour. Red fruit aromas, redcurrants, cherries, with touches of menthol . Initially a fresh acid palate, fine and well-integrated tannins, a persistent finish.
